- Spiral Stairs
Are spiral staircases a good space-saving solution?
Yes, that is their primary advantage. Unlike traditional linear or L-shaped stairs, a spiral staircase occupies a very small "footprint" on your floor plan. This makes them the perfect choice for accessing lofts, mezzanines, or decks where space is at a premium.
Can I control my automatic gate from my smartphone?
Yes. Modern automation systems can be integrated with smart home apps. This allows you to open or close your gate from anywhere in the world, receive notifications when someone enters.
Can I customise the balustrade on my spiral stairs?
Yes. You can choose from a variety of balustrade infills to match your home’s decor, including vertical or horizontal aluminium slats, aluminium bars, solid or perforated sheeting.
Can I customise the colour of my aluminium balustrade?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of powder-coated finishes. This allows you to perfectly match your balustrade to your existing window frames, gutters, or roof.
Can louvres provide both privacy and airflow?
Yes. That is the primary advantage of a louvre system. By angling the slats, you can block the line of sight from neighbours or the street while still allowing natural breezes to flow through. We offer both fixed angles and operable (adjustable) systems.
Can spiral stairs be used outdoors?
Absolutely. We specialise in powder-coated aluminium spiral stairs, which are highly resistant to rust and corrosion. These are popular for providing direct access from a backyard or pool area to an upper-level balcony or deck.
Do pool gates have specific requirements?
Yes. To be compliant, pool gates must:
- Be self-closing and self-latching from any position (even from just slightly open).
- Open outwards, away from the pool area.
- Have the latch release located at least 1500mm above the ground to keep it out of reach of small children.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. Our team is highly experienced in everything from private home renovations and pool fencing to large-scale commercial developments and high-rise apartment blocks across South East Queensland.
Do you handle both residential and large-scale commercial projects?
Absolutely. We have the capacity to manage everything from a single residential gate to high-volume balustrade and screening packages for high-rise developments and commercial complexes across South East Queensland.
Do you provide Form 15 and Form 16 certificates?
Yes. We provide the necessary compliance documentation, including Form 15 (Compliance Certificate for Building Design) and Form 16 (Inspection Certificate), ensuring your balustrades, pool fencing, and structural elements pass final building inspections.
